Shipping and Return Policy


We ship our e-bikes 85-90% assembled. Remaining 3 assembly points being ; Attaching the front wheel, Pedals and Mounting the handle bar.

Our Logistics partner includes Blue Dart, Aramex, Gati, India Post, and DTDC. They are leading and respected shipping brands in the country and provide fast, wide and safe deliveries nationwide. Due to nature and size of the goods our e-bikes are shipped through Surface Services only.

    • Shipping details are sent on registered email address and mobile number.
    • We can't do Air shipments as the product include high capacity batteries which are prohibited for air shipments.
    • Once shipped we provide the Tracking ID to the customer.
    • 10 Day Return Applicable only in case of manufacturing defect.
    • If you've received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 10 days from the delivery of the product.
    • Our policy lasts for 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
    • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Refund Policy : (If Applicable)

    If your order is to be refunded and same is approved by the company, you shall be refunded within 7-10 working days from the time your order has been approved for a refund and a confirmation mail will be sent to you. Refunds will be made to the original method of payment.

    P.S. - Refund policies are not applicable since the COVID-19 pandemic. 

    Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank.

    Next, contact your credit card company.(if the purchase is made through a Credit card it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)

    If you made a purchase through a wallet you will need to get in touch with them as reverse payments are often delayed in reflecting in your accounts.

    Sale Items (If Applicable)

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

    Exchanges (If Applicable)

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to 2234, 1st floor, Sec-21, Chandigarh-160022 India.


    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.


    To return your product, you should mail your product to 2234, 1st floor, Sec-21, Chandigarh-160022 India or an address provided to you.
    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
    Depending on your location, the time for your exchange product to reach you may vary.
    If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
